About Mic

I am a photographer, new to The Woodlands, Texas. Originally from the Bay Area, California. I miss home, but love where I'm at. 

 

Growing up in Oakland, I always saw the world a little differently, artistically. As a kid, I was fascinated by the graffiti along the train track walls—how writers could twist and bend letters into a seamless flow. I didn’t always understand what I was looking at right away, but the challenge made me appreciate the creativity behind it.

 

Graffiti made me observant. It taught me to value detail, craft, and style, and it shaped the way I interpret everything around me. That perspective eventually led me to photography—now I capture the same kind of imagery and artistry that once inspired me.
